Transferring a severely physically disabled person to and from the toilet, while at the same time undressing and dressing them, requires cleverly designed slings that do not jeopardize safety and enable maximum access around the body.
In principle, most of our slings can be used in these situations. The choice depends on the patient’s needs and capabilities. Here, suggestions for different models are organized according to the method used for undressing the patient and the support the patient needs when she/he is sitting in the sling. For procedures for each model, see instruction guides.
