Here, you can find more information about our different slingbars.

Universal 450

Universal 450 is the slingbar that is appropriate in most cases and with most slings. Universal Slingbar 450 is pre-mounted on the lifts when it is delivered (though not on Viking XL).
Universal 350

Universal Slingbar 350, which is ten centimetres narrower, is commonly used when we lift children. For adults using an adult-sized sling in combination with Universal Slingbar 350, the arms are held on the outside of the sling.

Universal 600

Universal Slingbar 600 allows plenty of space for the upper body and is intended for use with our Comfort Slings Mod. 30/31 and 35/36, or with slings with which the intention is to overlap the leg supports, i.e., when both leg supports are placed parallel under the patient’s thighs, for example, when using the Amputee Sling Mod. 70/75.
Universal Twinbar 670

Universal Twinbar 670 is an appropriate model for large adults and for patients who want to alleviate pressure around their shoulders. Twinbar 670 is intended for use together with slings with “crossed” leg supports, e.g., Original Highback Sling, Mod. 20/21 and with Universal Sling Mod. 00. Load must be applied to all four hooks during each lift.

Slingbar Mini 220

Slingbar Mini 220 is an especially small slingbar that has been developed mainly for patients who prefer to sit snugly bound in their sling. Normally, the explanation is that the sling should be as tight as possible, so that it feels extra safe and secure.
Heavy Duty Crossbar 670

Heavy Duty Crossbar 670 is a slingbar with four-point suspension. It is wide across the shoulders and enables a comfortable, reclining sitting posture. Heavy Duty Crossbar 670 works best with highback slings or head support slings, e.g., Universal Sling Mod. 00 and Original Highback Sling Mod. 20, both models in size medium or larger, Amputee Sling Mod. 70 in all sizes, and Comfort Sling Mod. 30/31 and Comfort Sling High Mod. 35/36, all in size large.

Sling Crossbar 450

Sling Crossbar 450 is a somewhat smaller four-point slingbar that enables a reclined sitting posture. Sling Crossbar 450 is most suitable for use in combination with highback or head support slings. It is symmetrical and is also recommended for use with small sling sizes.
Good in combination with Silhouette Sling Mod. 22, Original Highback Mod. 20/21 in sizes medium/slim and smaller. Lift Pants Mod. 92 work well together with Sling Crossbar 450.
Universal Sling Sidebars

Universal Sling Sidebars are an alternative to Sling Crossbar and Heavy Duty Crossbar for enabling four-point suspension. Universal Sling Sidebars are easily attached and disconnected from a Universal Slingbar. When loaded, Sling Sidebars adapt to the sling, which usually means that they hang somewhat diagonally, thereby providing more space for the patient’s shoulders. In combination with Amputee Sling medium (with or without highback), Sling Sidebars are an excellent alternative for patients who have undergone hip surgery or people with a limited ability to bend at the hips.
Universal Sling Sidebars come with a practical storage bag that can be hung on the wall or on a mobile lift.
