 Model 22 Liko Silhouette Sling is a pliable sling that adapts to the contours of the body and requires minimal space in the wheelchair. It has an adjustable head support and provides good support for the entire body. The design allows the patient to hold his/her arms either inside or outside the sling. Silhouette Sling is made of a comfortable, pliable net fabric that allows body heat and moisture to pass through. This makes it particularly suitable for lifting from customized wheelchair seats and moulded seats, since the sling is usually left in the wheelchair after the lifting operation is completed. Silhouette Sling enables a somewhat reclined sitting posture, which is appropriate for patients with poor torso stability. This model is very popular in care and habilitation situations, where sitting shells and moulded seats are commonly used. Liko Silhouette Sling can also be used in bathing and showering situations.
