OctoStretch is one of our most common stretchers and is appreciated on surgical, ICU and radiology wards, since it is quick and easy to use and takes very little space both in use and in storage.
OctoStretch can be used with a full lift sheet (available in different sizes) or with 4-5 lift straps. The latter alternative provides better access during hygiene procedures, for instance. If the patient cannot be turned to the side, HandySheets can facilitate the application of the lift sheet.
The low overall height of Octostretch enables maximum utilization of the lifting height when used together with an overhead lift. The stretcher can simply be left in the hoisted-up overhead lift when not in use, taking no floor space at all.
A Stretch Leveller is available as an accessory; allowing the patient's horizontal position to be easily adjusted.
OctoStretch is very light (just 15 lbs (7 kg) and has a maximum load of 440 lbs (200 kg). It can be used with many different lifts in Liko's range.
The stretcher can be installed with a fixed connection (screw and nut) or with Liko® Quick-Release Hook System. The latter requires the lift to be equipped with the Q-link fastener or the Quick-release Hook Adapter.
